These terms apply to home healthcare services provided by New Jeevan Care Centre, Chennai.
Service Booking
Care services are confirmed once the requirement, duration and charges are agreed by phone or in writing. Caregiver availability is subject to confirmation.
Charges and Payment
Charges depend on the care type, patient condition and duration, and are communicated before service begins. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule.
Caregiver Replacement
If a caregiver is unsuitable or unavailable, we will arrange a replacement at the earliest, subject to availability.
Scope of Care
Our caregivers provide non-diagnostic supportive and nursing care as advised by the treating doctor. They do not replace medical consultation or emergency services.
Cancellation
Please inform us as early as possible about cancellations or schedule changes so that caregiver assignments can be adjusted.
